Mooncake Order Information

Thank you for ordering your mooncakes with us!

Please note:

Preorders are offered at a special price. After the final cutoff date on Friday 15 August at 5PM, mooncakes will only be available at regular price, subject to availability.

Storage: keep frozen at or below -18°C.
Preparation: Thaw in the refrigerator (5–10°C) for approximately 30 minutes, or until desired texture.

Pick-Up Details

Order pick-up will be available from mid August. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection, with all the pick-up details included.

Important Notes

  • No changes can be made once your order is confirmed due to short processing time and limited stock.

  • Please collect your order within the scheduled pick-up window. We cannot guarantee availability after this period.

  • Pick-up only; home delivery is currently unavailable.
